Celebrate Summer with cupcakes! Learn decorating basics and create cupcake designs like a pro. All supplies are provided. Allison will show you how to decorate your cupcakes. Any cupcakes you decorate you get to take home to eat! Limited seating is available, so register today! This program will be held in our adult meeting room. Due to limited seating, this program is limited to Heggan cardholders.
