Event Details

Did you know that all NJ students graduating from public high schools and charter schools will be required to complete a financial aid application in order to graduate per recent legislation? Join us at the library to create a Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID to begin the process of completing a financial aid application. A representative of the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) will be present to assist students one-on-one with their FSA ID creation. Please bring a laptop to the session. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you to use.

This event is open to adult and teen cardholders. Guardians are encouraged to accompany their students. Registration is optional, and the HESAA representative will help attendees on a first-come, first-serve basis.

You will need your social security number and an email address to create an FSA ID. If you need assistance with creating an email address, please visit the reference librarian at the library.
