Whether you’re a master chef or a casual baker, join our cookbook book club Read it and Eat! Check out one of the library’s cookbooks, test out your skills, and share a new recipe with the group. We’ll be choosing a new theme each month for you to find a recipe and make a dish.
It’s blueberry season in New Jersey! This month, check out a cookbook with a recipe that includes blueberries – pies, crumbles, jams, breads, or whatever sparks your interest! Read your recipe, make your dish, and bring it to the library on Thursday, July 18th at 6:30pm. We’ll share our dishes and discuss each of our recipes.
This event is open to all adult cardholders. Registration is required. Once you’ve signed up, please email the name of your recipe to scoyle@hegganlibrary.org or call Librarian SaraBeth at 856-589-3334 ext. 228. In your message, include any food allergies. Please bring a copy of your recipe and a serving utensil to the meeting.
